For all those prosecco and gin lovers, the gin fizz is the perfect cocktail.
Ingredients
50ml gin – try our Menton Lemon for a citrus boost
20ml lemon juice, fresh is best
15ml simple sugar syrop
80ml prosecco
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup
3. Shake and pour into a glass
4. Top up with prossecco and add lemon garnish
5. Enjoy!
