25ml Campari

25ml Lemon Juice

50ml Rhubarb and Strawberry Syrup

Egg White or 35ml Aquafaba


Steps to Make It


i. Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker

ii. Shake for 15 seconds without ice

iii. Shake with ice for 12-15 seconds

iiii. Strain into a coupe glass
