Imagine this: within our signature gin hamper, six divine handmade artisan chocolates steal the show, courtesy of the talented local chocolatier, Nenette!
Nenette, a maestro in the art of chocolate, boasts a pedigree earned through training with chocolate royalty at Slatteries in Manchester and Callebaut in Banbury. Nestled in her chocolate studio in South Leicestershire, she meticulously crafts each delectable chocolate by hand, ensuring that her small batches reflect the essence of the beautiful local ingredients she employs.
With an artisanal touch, Nenette not only imbues her chocolates with flavours but also adorns them in distinctive decorative styles, ensuring a feast for the eyes as much as for the taste buds. Handcrafting her chocolates in small batches, she tempers the chocolate with care for that perfect finish, infusing it with simple, fresh, and whenever possible, local ingredients. And in a delightful twist, she’s incorporated our Rhubarb, Half-Time Orange, and Flagship 1823 Dry Gin into these unique chocolates, creating a symphony of flavors that dance on the palate.
Our customers adored the gin and chocolate hampers last year, and due to popular demand, we’ve reintroduced them as a limited edition for this Christmas. Available paired with both 20cl and 70cl gin, these hampers are a celebration of local craftsmanship and flavours—a perfect gift for those who relish the extraordinary.
